November 29, 200322 yr Hi Vin,I did all of that. I printed off the instructions and used them as a checklist. It still does not work. I AM installing ONLY the FS2004 files and NONE of the FS2002 files.I also ran the Remove tool as stated in the instructions.Since I had to completely remove my FS folder, that removed the licsense info too. ( I assume) Could there be another registry entry or something?I have followed all instructions to the letter and nothing works, nor any of the numerous variations I could think of either.Mark
