December 4, 200322 yr I am following the manual exactly...Battery on, Ground power on, when I go to start the APU the Main/Fault indicators illuminate. I have been trying to get it started for an hour now with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.Keith Yingling
December 5, 200322 yr Hi Keith,How long did you wait after clicking the APU start switch to ON? I find that after clicking the switch it takes about 10 seconds before you see any indication on the EGT gauge. At that point the gauge needle should start to rise and at about 8 you should see the "APU GEN OFF BUS" light illuminate. Then you can click each of the two "APU GEN" switches to put the APU online.Hope this helps. If not, post again and I'm sure one of the experts can help you out.Don
December 5, 200322 yr Yeah it works now. It probably did before but the reason why I didnt think it was because I didnt hear anything. Shouldnt I be able to hear the APU spooling up and running? Thanks for your help!Keith Yingling
