Ok, let me try this again. Our forum rules state that you must sign your post. That means you must use a name, it doesn't even have to be your real name, although that would be nice.Without details you won't get much help. Has this always been the case? Did they stop working after a software update or an addon was added? Does any FS menu work? Did this occur after a FS crash to desktop? Any detail you can provide will aid in quickly resolving your problem.

okmy name Is Dor Cohen.its was always like this...and now for somereason after i installed the su 1.1 on 1.0pmdg just not work!i try to load the plane and then boom.. its show me error report msg..

i getting this report msg in XP u knowwhen it ask u to send error report to microsoft or not send...nothing special :

Go to the PMDG web site and download the remove tool. Back-up any liveries you've added as well as the aircraft config files then use the remove tool. Re-install the base 737NG download then update that with SU 1.1. An option is to wait for the SU2.0 release which will shortly be made available. For the SU 2.0 update you will have to use the remove tool to uninstall the SU 1.1 737NG so that you will end up with a fresh SU 2.0 737NG airplane after that update.

i think i will just wait to 2.0 (for fresh install)btw..if i dont put a serial in pmdg in fs...what its disabling to me?
