Seems to be a syntax error in the SidStar file VTBD.txt (located in PMDG/SIDSTAR directory).You're able to edit this file by yourself - you're also able to remove the file totally (in this case you will not have any SID or STAR info for VTBD).Unfortunately ;) I'm in my office now, and I can't tell you the right syntax from here...

Change this line FIX REGOS LATLON N 12 .108 E 100 34.905toFIX REGOS LATLON N 12 0.108 E 100 34.905Andy B

This suggestion had stuff all to do with correcting the problem.The fix is contained within the attachment and related to the STARS segment and the non specification of the runways to which the STARS apply.Andy B
