Barometric Settings

Recommended Posts

Hi Folks:Is it possible to change the barometric setting from In of Mercury (IN) to Hectopascals (HPA)?The manual says that it should be done through the appropriate switch in the EFIS control panel. However, this switch only increases or decreases the altimeter setting in IN.(With regards to the SU2, it was worth the wait!)Regards,Roberto

Roberto-you're not clicking high enough on the dial... Try clicking above the area that increases/decreases the altimeter setting...Cheers,

Jim,It is kind of hard to find ;) Try clicking above the rotary switch, but just slightly. IIRC, the clickspot is actually the wording 'HPA' above the switch.

Thanks for the replys! I found the problem, It was a bunch of bad saved flights. I reverted to the Default PMDG at KBFI, an all Is well.
