737 MCP and EFIS Panel for Homecockpit

Featured Replies

Interesting project, Art. The PFC stuff is top of the line quality, but also expensive. I use their throttle quadrants and they are magnificent....I have the Aerosoft 747 MCP and am eagerly waiting a promised effort by Aerosoft and PMDG to make them compatible. This unit works extremely well in FS2002 with a special interface with PIC 767.I've been able to use it in FS2004 with PMDG, but only be running it through Project Magenta, another outstanding jet cockpit add-on (I use the 747 MCP to control the MCP in Project Magenta which is running on a networked client computer, which in turn controls the PMDG MCP - after some of the PMDG guages are modified to shift autopilot control to PM and disable the in-house one). Works ok and still uses the PMDG FDE, but needless to say somewhat awkward.I'm sure anyone who builds a fully functional MCP with direct compatiblity with PMDG 737 in FS2004 will have plenty of customers!regards,

I am very hopeful that this addon will work with the NG. If and when it does, I will have to get a new toy :)
