Bank Angle

Featured Replies

I have noticed since update 1.2 the bank angle setting seems to have stopped working.Has anyone else noticed this?Kimberly.

I'm running 1.2 (haven't updated to 1.3 yet) and it still works fine for me. It can be tricky to get the mouse at the right spot to increase/decrease the setting, but it does work. Normally I leave it alone but the other night I accidentally changed the bank angle when I was actually trying to change my heading, and I didn't notice it until the plane was banking very little while I was letting the AP fly my vectors to an ILS approach.

Yes - I've noticed this as well since upgrading to 1.3. Tried to set angle of bank to 20 deg. The knob was set correctly, but the autopilot still flies 30 deg.Cheers,

Hiya,What mode was announced in the FMA?Manual input of bank angle limitation is only considered by the FMS if you are in certain roll modes. From the top of my head I think it's HDG SEL and.... and... shute... it's gone...Someone please fill in my blanks :-lolCheers,
