February 5, 200422 yr Captains,My new tutorial is almost done, and the beta testers have been a tremendous help!I expect to release it to the general public this weekend, and here's a bit of a description to whet your appetite:Over 100! pages.Five separate flights. Each flight has a ground school segment tied to the systems that will be taught during the flight.New topics including rejected takeoffs, non-precision approaches, Control Wheel Steering (CWS), and missed approaches.Appendix covering the installation of add-ons like the audio panel and ground handling gauges.Flight plans and charts are included for all five flights, as is a new checklist. All written in a style that puts you in the cockpit in realistic scenarios.I will post it to Avsim when ready, and post a general note here. PMDG is welcome to redistribute it on their website. This tutorial will be donationware - no payment is required, but for those who wish, there will be information on how to send a payment using the PayPal system. Of course, all commercial rights are reserved. Thanks to everyone for your support and patience!

February 5, 200422 yr Tim, Let me know how you are listed with paypal and I will get it right off for you.You are doing great work for the people who fly the PMDG 737 and I thank you.I just read the article you wrote about ATOP which was very good,I flew their 767 sim at United in the summer of 2001 for 1 hr and loved it.Your tutorials go along way in helping sim pilots who don't fly for real to get the knowledge for IFR flying.I do most of my flying online with Vatsim and knowing procedures is what its all about. If you ever need any more beta testers please let me know. JeffG

February 6, 200422 yr Hi Tim,I've got a sob story for you, is there any way you could send me the tutorial in it's current state today. Early tomorrow morning I will be assisting my father driving a U-Haul from California to Wisconsin. It's a 2280-mile trip and I won't have access to the Internet. Thanks,[email protected]
