Hi !I bought the 1900 but never got the email with download LinkI send 6 mail to support@precisionmanuals.com but with no answer.please help me !!!SMALHEIRO

Smalheiro,one e-mail to support is enough for them to help you. Sending more will not make them reply any sooner. As soon as support is available today, they will reply and sort out your problem.Sorry for the inconvenience, and you will have your B1900D product shortly.
