FS2002 resets its settings by itself sometimes

Featured Replies

Key/button assignments, realism, screen res, default flight, sensitivity, and more.. are always reset every now and then and FS2002 acts as if it is starting up for the first time after an installation.I always have to go re-assign all my buttons and keyboard commands, display settings, sound settings, create a new default flight, etc. Even copying in an old "perfect state" CFG file doesn't make it boot up as before. This happens every two months or so, sometimes less time in between occurances of it. Does anyone else experience, and does anyone know why it happens? Thanks,Rotorhead.

I have also seen this but it's been a couple of months ago. Was unable to figure out why except that it did it. Personally, I think that it's gremlins...Ed Green, [email protected]
