I agree with the suggestion on the spam filters w/hotmail. Hotmail has become more aggresive w/their spam filters, and I recently had an AWA flight confirmation get dropped. Now when I purchase a product, I will turn the spam filters off, wait, then turn them back on. My email to hotmail was immediate this AM from PMDG after I purchased the product.-John
