Can't get update 1.3

Every time I go to the Support-service updates page of the web page, I try to fing SU 1.3. When I click on the updates button, it says "113 files listed" but there are none currently available. Am I doing something wrong, or is the file not accessible now?Thanks.Chris Catalano
