That has been my experience as well. On several occasions, I have asked questions and with the release of v1.1 I had a problem. Each time, I got great and rapid service. That goes a long way toward making my decision to do business with them again in the future.

I would also agree ,every e-mail has been answered immediatly. There customer service is second to none. Great job reality xp.
