Hi all. I used fsbuild to auto generate a flight plan from stansted (EGSS), to glasgow (EGPF). I use the LANA1A STAR and enter it via dep arr on the FMC. When I check the route I have a gap after the last waypoint, (LANAK). I cannot join the route to the beginning of the STAR and this goes for any route that I try. Is it to do with using a transition waypoint, or route discontinuity? This is the only part of the FMC that baffles me. I will be eternally grateful to anyone who can tell me where I am going wrong. Hello KeithThe route I'd take is EGSS BUZAD T420 POL UN601 MARGO LANAK1A EGPF.If you get a route discontinuity, click to the left of the entry in the fmc on the line below the discontinuity, this puts that waypoint in the scratchpad. Then click to the left of the discontinuity line, the waypoint should be entered here and the route then continues after hitting the exec button.Discontinuity can occur if a waypoint is entered twice or if a 180deg turn to a next waypoint is entered.Simon
