March 3, 200422 yr Question for you guys:I am a little bit worried. I haven't received a single email regarding my purchase of the 737NG. I paid for it through the precisionnamuals.com website and read that I would get a purchase confirmation "within moments". Well, I paid with my Visa and never received ANYTHING! No plane or email. The transaction took place yesterday afternoon. I have emailed them twice, and not a single response. Is this normal??? I made SURE that I put the correct email address in the purchase order form. I emailed them all of my payment information (credit card info that I used to buy it), time of purchase, etc. so they could track my order, and still no response. Whats going on???Thanks a lot!Nick
March 3, 200422 yr Sounds like a "SNAFU" of some sort but I can tell you that your money is safe with the PMDG folks. They'll get it sorted out for you.
March 3, 200422 yr I hope so. I have not purchased much "online" so I am kind of skeptical. Atleast I will be until I have product in hands. Thanks for the encouragement. I would like to hear from a PMDG representitive if able. I would just like to know that my order/payment was received and what to expect next. Thanks again!Nick

I thought I had completed the order process but the screen that tells you about the email has a button to continue, I never noticed the button. I sat for a couple of hours waiting for my email. Lucky for me I had left the last order screen up and noticed the final button to hit to generate the email. The mail came immediately after pressing that button.Contact support they will help you.Ed F.
March 3, 200422 yr Well, I woder if I miss the "continue" button as well and closed the whole thing? I would hate to re-order the whole thing, and then be charged twice! I have emailed PMDG twice and no responce yet at all.I wonder if I were to re-order it and if they charged me twice, I could get one of them refunded? Maybe I will just wait a few days and see what happens.Thanks again!!Nick
