Ive purchased the 737NG several months ago. I think the plane looks incredible good and it flies really nice. i love it and I really want to use it.... HoweverSince i bought the product i havent been able to fly more than a few flights in it without the sim crashes or freezes. I have browsed the forum and searched for many topics on the subject and i have reinstalled Winxp, fs9, and the pmdg so many times that i dont know what to do any longer. I really want to use this plane but i dont know what to do.3 days ago my sim freezed upyesterday it crashed to the desktop without any error messagetoday my pc just restarted in the middle of my approach..It takes the fun away, when you expect the sim to crash any minut..the funny thing is that when i use the PSS A340 there hardly is any problems.... what to do?? Hope someone would guide me to some happy flights here. I really dont know what to do anymore.. thanks and all the best..regards

Dear UNKNOWN,It's best first to WRITE your name, so we know who to address.Now- let's take one thing at a time:Please write your PC specs (CPU, mobo, graphics card, etc.) along with the power supply voltages reported. We've gotten a couple error reports lately that were due to a power supply that wasn't providing the appropriate voltages to the PC - inadequate power will cause all kinds of issues that will seem completely unrelated, but will be the root of the problem.
