I have the same problem only i have inserted the wrong e-mail adres in the form. I have also purchased it on April 24th . I have seen them a e-mail but until now i haven't had any respons. Maybe the are busy JasonJan-Paul

Hey Guys,This happened to me, and then I found out I didn't click the "complete the trasaction" button when I ordered, so the order was cancelled and my card wasn't charged. After several emails (the guys have been busy, as you can imagine) they said they couldn't find an order from me, and that is probably what happened. I reordered and got the download link instantly. Also, you might check your browser and email security settings. They can at times toss mail out as spam.I just had my first look at the upgrade. Superb!!!I hope this helps.Jim

Folks,be patient. I can assure that the guys from PMDG are really trying to do their best considering that there are so many purchases and downloads.I had problems downloading too and they helped me out.Again, be patient. Maybe start singing: I feel pretty, oh so pretty...:-lol CheersThomas
