Couple questions before the purchase

Featured Replies

I'm eager to get out of the office and get home to get the 800/900 series, quite frankly, I can't wait to do so! :)Before I do that I have a couple of questions:1. Are we able to import flight plan from FS9 to the FMC? The 600/700 did not have this option.2. How is the fps perfomance with the VC/Cabin? I know PMDG dramatically improved the panel.cfg loading so I just want to know if the performance of the above is better than 600/700?No matter what the answers are, I'm still getting the bird - no questions asked. Finally it's here :), I'm already planning my flights in the 747-400, can't wait for this one too. :DRegards,Jacek Gawecki

No, you can always load a company route though! Frame rates are much improved, all one needs to do is read some user comments like the 5th post in this thread ;) http://forums.avsim.net/dcboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=147&topic_id=132176&mesg_id=132176&page= I think you will be very pleased not just about FPS but all other areas improved on.[h4]Best Wishes,Randy J. Randy, thanks for your help.Ok, one last one, during the installation, is the new panel installed just for 800/900 models or for 600/700 as well? Thanks !Jacek Gawecki

No it will update your 2D panel for the 600-700 too to match the 800-900. You will start with the EFIS style but simply go to the PMDG/STYLES menu and set what you desire...[h4]Best Wishes,Randy J.
