Hi guys - I have sent a couple of emails to your [email protected] email address and received no reply, so I suspect something is going wrong somewhere. I purchased the B737-800 upgrade on Saturday morning (UK time) and have yet to receive a download link (Authorisation no: 2404200406545493). I am now wondering whether it is my email that is at fault, rather than your customer service. However, I have sent two different email addresses; both of which worked fine for downloading VMAX's B747-200 upgrade.
