hi guys it is morning and no answers to the problem yet i tried the download link again thru hotmail again but no go it keeps coming up to use this download use users name and password im getting desprate guys

VIN I TRIED TO CONTACT SUPPORT BUT I KEEP GETTING RETURN MAIL MAYBE SOMETHING TO DO WITH? REGARDS MARK IM GETTING DESPRATE HEY VIN CAN I GET THE LINK EMAIL TO ANOTHER COMPUTER SAY MY BROTHER IN LAWS HE HAS BROADBAND SO HE CAN DOWNLOAD IT AND COPY IT ON CD AND SEND IT UP TO ME IN THE MAIL OR MAYBE TRY OPTUSNET AGAIN AND ALSO I HAVE THE CD VERSION IS THAT 1.3V PLEASE HELP
