has anybody else experienced not bieng able to start the right engine except with CTL E ?

No never. ;-)But I've helped a few people that have had this problem.Be sure your APU is running and the APU BLEED valve is OPEN. (indicated by increased pressure on the duct pressure gauge)Be sure your ISOLATION VALVE is OPEN. (indicated that both pressure gauge needles are showing the same pressure)You now have air in both right and left duct for start of right and left engine.This is also stated in the expanded checklists in the manual. Take a peak. Maybe you can find something useful? ;-)Hope it helps,
