May 20, 200422 yr I was fumbling along the advanced tutoril when upon page 43 I attempted to save as instructed and no go. On the FMCs display a line item on the ACT RTE page "DATALINK" under that "NO COMM" What is up with that?Jimmy Jahns

May 22, 200422 yr It seems no matter how I say it or who I ask no one understands simple english. I CANT SAVE MY FLIGHT PLANS THE BUTTON DOES NOT WORK> I CAN SEE IT. I PRESS IT AND I DONT GET A ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OR WHEN I LOOK FOR THE PLAN IN MY DIRECTORY IT IS NOT THERE ---- On the page PERF INIT and or ACT RTE there is a line item DATALINK NO COMM that I dont see anywhere in the tutorial or in the FMC manual. I believe because of this entry being unusual it just might have something to do with my inability to save.Frustrated

May 22, 200422 yr Jimmy,As Anthony stated, DATALINK-NOCOMM is not implemented yet and therefore you will not find anything in the manual.And for saving a flightplan; you have nothing in the FLIGHTPLAN folder?
