Cant install 737TNG

Featured Replies

When I try to install 737TNG it proceeds to a point where I get the following message: "Place the installation disk#2 into the floppy drive and press the OK button" I have the downloaded executable file.?????

Rich. You need to have the other three files (named pmdg_NG_whatever.w02, pmdg_NG_whatever.w03 and pmdg_NG_whatever.w04) in the same location as the executable.Hope it helps,

I cant find the files. They are listed in the readme.txt file to be at: http://www.precisionmanuals.com/737NG_Setu..._GENERATION.W02 and W03 AND W04. But evidently that page is not available anymore. Where can I get them?

Unless I'm seriously mistaken, SU2 is a full install and has all the files in the installer. It was only the original release that requires the different parts. If you don't have SU2 laying around on your hard drive, check for an email around Dec 13, 2003 with the info on how to get it.Regards,Carl Moore

Ahh. Yes Carl is correct! I was wrong, or at least I was talking about an earlier installation set. ;-)If you have the original exe file you should also have the SU1.2 complete install. It's another exe file approx 69Mb in size. That's the one to use!Cheers,

I have the 1.2 update. I thought you had to apply that to the original installation. Thanks for the heads up.
