July 7, 200223 yr It is, and I will own one of these someday...My prayers have been answered. It is the best Cessna aorund. Period, IMHO... :-)Regards,Joe :-wave.Oshkosh Pictures From 2001 (Part 1) 78 Pics in Frames with 1mb in ThumbnailsHigh speed connection Recommended:http://home.attbi.com/~flypics1/FrameSet.htm.Oshkosh Pictures From 2001 (Part 2) 106 Pics in Frames with 1.5mb in ThumbnailsHigh speed connection recommended:http://home.attbi.com/~flypics2/FrameSet.htm.Picture Gallery of My Flight in a 1945 SNJ-6 on June 1st, 2002Joliet, Illinoishttp://home.attbi.com/~jranos/FrameSet.htm.http://home.attbi.com/~jranos/mysig.jpg http://avsim.com/hangar/air/bfu/logo70.gif CryptoSonar on Twitch & YouTube.

Not to mention "strutless"!! :)L.Adamson
July 7, 200223 yr That's exactly what I think. I love the windshield on the Cardinal, but it's the lack of struts that makes it look so good relative to many of the other Cessna's. Those 177RG's will move along a quite a nice clip too. It's the aircraft I'm getting my complex endorsement in and on the short list of planes I'd like to own. Maybe one day. Anyone have some good numbers for the lottery? ;-)
July 7, 200223 yr Yah, I guess the Cardinal is just one of those planes that grows on you. The first time I saw it I was a little put off, but having flown it in FS, it handles like a dream, and thats what counts. ;)Scott
