Hi Guys,Sorry about posting in the wrong area previously. We all live and learn.My problem is I can't get the ATC to call "Virgin Blue" or "Virgin Pacific" when using these 700 and 800 series download aircraft. How do I get it to work?And also I'm having problems with getting SIMS and STARS to work in the FMC. How do I handle the download once its arrived? Do I open or leave zipped?Thank you one and allPeter B

Peter,On the first issue with the ATC, I'm not positive but try downloading Edit Voicepack and updating to the latest file - that may give you those callsigns.On the proceedure files (They're "SIDs" by the way, not SIMS - stands for "Standard Instrument Departures" - also called "DPs" in the USA for "Departure Procedures") simple unzip the file to your Flight Simulator 9/PMDG/SIDSTARS folder and it will install. Then to use them in the airplane you need to have an origin and destination in the FMC and then use the DEP/ARR page, where you can pick them to add to your route.
