Where can I get DirectX8.1b for Win XP ?

Hi all , I'm getting flashing textures problems with FS2002 , and I know that DX8.1b will fix that problem , but now DX8.1b is only available for Win98,ME,and 2000.Some help for fix that problem ?Thankshttp://www.mperez.ws/MDN-Sign.jpg

Microsoft is recommending you hold off until the new Service Pack is released. To install the present available download of DirectX8.1b into WinXP, you need to install several other updates. Search the posts on this topic for more information.
