I just noticed that the Taxi light on the nosewheel also turns on the runway turnoff lights, and the runway turnoff lights do nothing. Is there anyway that this could be fixed in the patch? I assume this is an FS limitation.

I believe you answered your own question, there is a limitation to the number of lights in FS.:-)
