Pushback

Featured Replies

Hi !As i saw the features of a new announced 737 NG, made by a "kindof famous" Payware group, who's name i actually forgot, :) , i was really surprised about an announced Pushback Truck, fully working with over 900 different airport styles. I mean, the 737NG doesn't let me stunning, but the Trucks is everything i ever dreamed of. Wouldn't it be nice to watch the upcoming BA 747-400, beeing pushed back in a Original Heathrow Truck, starting egnies, talk to groznd...would be a lot more realism....PMDG what do you think? Would it be possible to program?ThanksYours Marcello

Can you actually see the truck from a 747 flight deck???I doubt it, but could be wrong.I do agree however, that some nice ground to flight deck comms would enhance the sim. I think this is done in some nice add-on gauges though.Cheers,

Hi !you're right, i don't think it is possible to see the truck from the inside, but from the outside. Would be a nice view, very nice. Some people may say, that it isn't needed for realism, but then you could also say detailed airport scene's or Landmarls are not needed, or completely switch over to PS1 747.As we talk about realism, maybe it's a bit to complex, but would it be possible to simulate the engines in 747 as they work in real world

Be wary of trucks etc.I was using my Eurowings ATR72 the other week, and that has a ground power unit plugged into the nose when on ground power. Unfortunately after disconnection the power unit remained attached, and I couldn't be bothered re-loading the aircraft again. It stayed with me all the way from Manchester to Belfast and didn't effect performance one bit! :D If only the clipboard wasn't empty at the end of my flight even though I took a screenshot, it was a cool pic!Graham

Lol that's hilarious.
