FMC approach Speed

Featured Replies

Hi guysIs that a bug?Anyone else had that or i did some mistake but for me looks very strange!!Look the FMC!!!I selected flaps 30 and it gave me that speed(248KT)!Am i did something wrong? And also in VNAV mode the autothrottle speed was changeing up to 290KT below 10000FT and was jumping up and down between 290-250KT!Now thats strange as well! Was my plane going crazy today?Ofcourse it was the first time to fly that style of cockpit!!!

Not a bug but could be your selection of WEIGHT. Are you using Kg or Lbs? Double check the menus. For VNAV weirdness, are you using any add-on weather? If so try smoothing out the transitions etc. I know there has been some reproted issues in the past dealing with this. Best Wishes,[h4]Randy J. Make sure that you are entering weights/fuel loads in the correct units. If MSFS and PMDG options are set up for kilos, don't enter lbs... and vice versa.Hope this helps.Cheers.Ian.

Yes that was the problem i guess. That i choosed Malev style and i guess it use Kg instead of Lbs!Thanks for the fast response!
