I downloaded the AIRIC update file and that fixed the FMC error meassage. The only problem now is FMC won't pull up any approach frequencies for KMIA because the new runway numbers don't match the ones stored in FS9. If I had known that, I would have just changed the SID/STars KMIA folders runway numbers back to the old ones.
