Missing scenery when loading Mooney

Featured Replies

Whenever I try to load the Mooney in "Create Flight" I get this error message from FS2K2: "Scenery library object not found".It gives me a few hex numbers belonging to the objects that are apparently missing: 0x47BC6DFB, 0x11D2F98A, 0x1000849C and 0x2AE60C5A.I reloaded the aircraft-folder from CD, but that didn't fix it.Does anyone know where to look on the CD for these missing objectsor is able to translate those hex-numbers to files in which these sceneries are so I can look them up and re-load them? Thanks for the help!R.

I think I had something like this when loading a mission in CFS2, and it was due to something missing in another folder... I'm not sure and I'm not now at home, so I have no way to check it. What I'm sure is that it wasn't ordinary scenery, just bits of scenery which were used to display things like ground vehicles and so on. Maybe your problem is something totally different. What abaout a complete FS reinstall, making a backup of your addons first?Paco

Actually, I am doing that right now :)I found some prop-related bgl's on the CD, but am not going to take the chance. You'll never know what the right one is.Anyway, it's time for a good clean-up agian :)Maybe it erases this error and some others I'm having.Thx anyway!R.

I had the same problem every time I loaded Cessna C182RG. I solved it by adding a new area on the Scenery Library using Scenedbprops.Everything went back to normal after adding the area.Hope it helpsLC

I went radical and re-installed the whole lot.Problem solved :)thx anyway!R.
