yeah your right. This add on has a ridiculous amount of free liveries. cant figure which ones to download :(

Apart from a few nice touchs all Active Camera does is move the camera around. You get a Flyby view, which is debatably interesting, an approach view which again is not 100% cool and has a habbit of swapping views at the wrong time. There is the rather nice view vibration and jerking when in VC view, adds a lot of realism when trying to land in gales, in that you can barely see the gauges as the cockpit (you rather) bounces around. Then there is the ability to move the view point of the VC, up, down, forward back and so on, that allows you to walk from the cockpit to a passenger seat and sit down. Or go to the loo! Loo door doesn't close, so you'll get arrested if you use it with children on board. LOLFinally you can get outside and walk around the plane, even up the stairs and to your seat. I find it's fairly cool to be able to walk up the stairs, into the cockpit and just click buttons straight away, climb into the seat and go.Without active camera, and I personally only have the free demo that works in seattle perfectly, you can still get those views. You can download the PMDG active camera setup file and use the coordinates for say the Wing view and Cabin overview and assign them to the 2D cockpit UP view, or BACK view, which are completely useless anyway. For the approach view, simply move the Tower to about 10meters before the touchdown point you expect, then it serves as a perfectly good and quite dramatic approach view. For the flyby view, you can again use the Tower, but you have to move it using the FSMap, to somwhere on course in front of you, which can be a pain in the a**.
