In the Important Release Information is the note: Please Note: Most download accelerators are not compatible with our server security protection system. My question is: With witch download accelerator can I download your product?

Some folks have had issues with accelerators and others have not. This is a general warning but should not stop you from purchase. Do you have Cable or DSL line? With these there is no need to use any such DL programs. There are many 56k users who have downloaded with and without the accelerators. Of course a few have had some issues.
