Ok this is getting ridiculous- i have tried everything I have been told to try to solve this installation problem I am having with the 737. when I uncheck the read only box in the FONTS folder as I was told to do and click on APPLY it simply keeps switching back to read only every time I go back to check if the settings are getting saved. as far as administrative privileges go I have no clue what i am supposed to do here I have full administrative privileges is all I know. If someone else has experienced this problem please, please help me. u can send me a personal email at [email protected] Regards, JR stevens CYOW

When you go to START/SETTINGS/CONTROL PANEL/USER ACCOUNTS and look at the icon with your name, does it say "COMPUTER ADMINISTRATOR"? If not click on your icon to change and then choose " CHANGE MY ACCOUNT TYPE. Best Wishes,
Randy J. Smith

P M D G's 747-400

coming to a runway near you
Caution! If you have windows XP the folders will always be marked " Read Only" . Bug in XP.....

hey randy yes it does say "computer administrator" beside my name and Bob if this is the case what i am to do regarding read only files...sounds like I am screwed as far as installing this product on my computer!!

It will also read Read-Only when checking the attribute regardless of the actual attribute.
