September 24, 200421 yr I purchased 737NG yesterday afternoon and never received the download instructions or confirmation email. I emailed the support email address and that email was returned this afternoon as undeliverable. Are they having server problems or are they still in business?

September 24, 200421 yr Thanks for the reply.Yes, it's James and I will sign my posts from here on out. I used the email address you stated in your post, [email protected] in my emails to PMDG. My server and email settings have yet to stop any email from coming through, either to my email address or a catch all email address we have set up for spammers, unless they are on my black list. I have sent the information via a hotmail account and will wait patiently for a reply. Thanks for your post,James Heath
