I want to place an order from PMDG for 737-6-7-8/900 NG . I had disconnected Antivirus , Firewall , Pop bloker . I had enabled cookies for PMDG . Every time I completed an order , it was rejected quoting error 3 or 4 !!! with no comment what the error was or what to do to correct it . I did send an E-mail to support at PMDG . No reply .Please could someone help me . PMDG could be very good at creating superb addon but they are not very good at creating an easy to use web site to sell their products . Also why such a high quality and expensive payware is not available on CD .

MichelCThe 600/700 package is already available on CD from www.aerosoft.com and has been for some time. And as far as I know the 800/900 will be available on CD from November. Many well sorted resellers have the NG package as well.Give support at least 24 hours to reply to your e-mail. They will reply.Hope it helps, a bit anyway,

Thank you for your prompt reply . I did have a look at Aerosoft . Yes the 737-800/900 will be available in Nov., pre-order are accepted . Also Aerosoft offer a number of liveries . The 800/900 CD is a bit dearer at 39 Euro .

Is the price for the downloads on the PMDG site in US currency? Some sites do convert the price into your countrys currency. Just curious.

The price for the download from PMDG is possibly in US curency . There is no clear indication . It is $ 39.95 for the 600/700 and $27.95 for the 800/900.Aerosoft is selling boxed CD's with additional liveries for US$43.14 for either package 600/700 or 800/900.
