For the first time i say this warning on the FMC.What is it?I haven't found anything on the manual.

I came across that a few weeks ago on approach to EGGW.I guess it is just part of the local arrival procedure.I slowed right down with appropriate flaps and the plane handled it fine.

This is what Bulfer says about this message:STEEP DES AFTER XXXXXCausing condition:FMC altitude constraint at waypoint XXXXX results in a steep descent path - >200ft discontinuity - to the next waypoint.Correct action:Monitor descent. Remove altitude constraint at XXXXX if allowed. WIll probably exceed planned speed to make the path.Hope it helps,
