Photoreal panel?

Featured Replies

Is it possible to add a photoreal panel for the 737 if I could find a photo somewhere? Not that I am able to do it, but I'm willing to try it out and learn how. :D...it's just that if it's not possible I wouldn't bother looking for pictures.

It is very much possible, but believe me it's a lot of work. But if you're willing to learn, you should be able to do it in due course of time.

It is not at all possible at least with the 800-900 series and I should know! Now this is not the case with the 1.3 600-700 but involves much work. In fact everything you see that can be switched-clicked- on the panel has it's own bitmap. And if the switch moves more than one click etc it might have up to 10 bitmaps! This takes into account the night versions too which by the way have to match exactly the day panels. So possible? yes but much more work than one thinks...Best Wishes,[h4]Randy J. Not a real pilot, but do play one on TV ;-)AMD 64 3200+ | NEC LCD 1980SXi 19" | ASUS KV8 DELUXE | GFORCE 5700 ULTRA @535/1000 | Maxtor 6Y080M0 SATA 80 GIG | 512 DDR 400 | Windows Xp Pro |
