November 1, 200421 yr I'm starting to get used to my 737-700 after a few weeks flying it. One small thing I have noticed is that the Logo lights on the tail can not be turned off. That is at night, in the day is is off. It is no big deal but if anyone knows a fix then I'd probably fix it otherwise I'll continue flying & not worry about it.
November 1, 200421 yr I think you can replace the texture on the tail, but I don't know how.MSFS doesn't have enough lighting in it's code for some developers to add any number of lighting effects. Someone else can explain it better, but it's something you have to live with. - Chris Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Elite AX | Intel Core i9 13900KF | Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4090 24 GB | 64GB DDR5 SDRAM | Corsair H100i Elite 240mm Liquid Cooling | 1TB & 2TB Samsung Gen 4 SSD | 1000 Watt Gold PSU | Windows 11 Pro | Thrustmaster Boeing Yoke | Thrustmaster TCA Captain X Airbus | Asus ROG 38" 4k IPS Monitor (PG38UQ) Asus Maximus VII Hero motherboard | Intel i7 4790k CPU | MSI GTX 970 4 GB video card | Corsair DDR3 2133 32GB SDRAM | Corsair H50 water cooler | Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD (2) | EVGA 1000 watt PSU - Retired

November 2, 200421 yr It can be done by changing the Tail.bmp.I have two versions...one with less bright logo lights (only bright when using the landinglights) and one with just a dark tail (and only showing bright logo lights in conjuction with the landinglights, thus T/O and landing). If you want it, just drop me a PM. Or if more people want it, I can upload it as a package on Avsim.
