November 4, 200421 yr Hi,A few weeks ago I posted a question asking how to resize the 600/700 FMC as I find it too big and blocks other instruments. Someone replied that you can resize it by clicking and dragging on a corner. tried that - don't work ! I've tried just about every edge and all it does it drag the whole thing around the screen. Any ideas please ?FS2002/Windows XP/SP2 blah, blah, blah.
November 4, 200421 yr Try right clicking and undocking it. Then, resize it and then dock it again.A better way would be to edit the panel.cfg file. You can experiment with the numbers until you get it to the way you want. (Be sure to back up your panel.cfg file first). While you're experimenting, every time you modify the file, just load the default cessna then reload the 737-600. No need to restart FS.Holler for help if you get stuck.
November 4, 200421 yr Andrew,Thanks I'm a bit new to the complexities of FS - what exactly is docking and undocking and which number in the pane.cfg do you mean please ?
November 4, 200421 yr [Window05] // PMDG_CDU_PANELfile=737NGFMC.bmp file_1024=737NGFMC.bmp size_mm=400,600In the panel cfg, look for the above and try changing the 400,600 to smaller numbers.Never tried it on the PMDG because i an happy with the size but did change it on the DF737 and it worked.Nebojsa
