November 5, 200421 yr I recently bought the product from a Sim hobby shop in Schiphol, Amsterdam Holland. This PDMG product is marketed by aerosoft.de.They advised me to contact this support forum.Problem:When autoplay starts the install wizzard, I click on install 737-600. Within a second or two, a message appears: PMDG 737-600/700 service update 1-3 has encountered a problem and needs to close..... Please tell MS about this problem.This happens when trying from both by DVD/CD drives. However, the same CD istalls perfectly on my laptop.Both machines have FS9 original installed (no CD-patch), FSUPIC (fully licenced version) installed etc.. they even have the same OS: WIM XP Pro (in English). Both have Geforce 4 MX460 video cards that drive two monitors.What can I do now? My laptop is for work and awkward to set up for flight every time.Thanks,Andreas
