737-700 rocks forward with brakes

Featured Replies

I have looked for an answer to this because I think someone else had this problem or is it a problem. When I'm taxiing down the taxi-way and press the brakes to slow down just a little, (by this I mean, I just click the brake switch on the joystick 1 time) the whole plane rocks back and fourth (bounces) like I had hit the brakes hard to stop on a dime :-lol Is there some way to make this stop? It makes my first officer and most of pax sick bouncing back and fourth like that all the way to the runway :-erks Any help would really be appreciated. Thank You

Miss Thank you for flying Delta, have a great day! Please read the forum rules and sign your posts with your real name next time. You have to understand that when using the brake button you are doing something most unrealistic. This button will give you, FULL brake when pressed, or when released NO brake. If you have the age for driving, try to imagine this in your car. Either you put the pedal to the metal or do not touch it. The plane will rock forward due to the momentum and is inevitable with the brake button ON/OFF function. The only way to solve this, and I can not recommend it high enough, is to get a set of pedals, I have the CH USB pedals. That way you can assign the two analog brake axises provided in FS and get smooth braking like in real life.I'm sorry about your FO and pax. Maybe you should do cargo flights until you get yourself a set of pedals? :+Hope it helps,
