Paint Kit Help

Featured Replies

I recently repainted the 737-700 and when i load the a/c in FS9 the game crashes. For some reason I cant get it to load. Any help would be appreciated.

wrong file format of the texturesIf done with photoshop you have to convert the 32-Bit textures to another format of 32-bit. 8-8-8 FormatUse DTXBMP ToolFormat can be:- DXT3 Less quality, faster performance- 32-Bit 8-8-8 "Extended texture format" what ever it is, it must be that way ;)CheersMartin

HiOn the subject of paintkits. Can you recommend a good one?I have downloaded the 737/600 paintkit but suspect without the proper programme i will not be able to use it.Sorry if this seems a bit dumb.ThanksPaul

The paintkit of PMDG is excellent compared with other well known payware suppliers, which i don't want to mention. As a painter i am very happy to have a layered paintkit in photoshop format available.thumb up for PMDG!CheersMartin
