November 19, 200421 yr I just did a flight in the 700 NG and saved it at intervals. I have found a way to re-set things at CRZ alt with the FMC and everything works great. However, the only thing I cannot do is re-arm the A/T. Every time I click it on, the AT indicator on the forward panel flashes red and the AT refuses to re-arm. If I click the red flasher off and click on the AT switch again, I get the same thing all over again. I've observed this previously with saved situations in the NG (600 and 700).Is there a fix for this? What am I missing or doing wrong? Appreciate advice, thanks!Jonathan Jonathan Sacks Dell XPS Gen 4, Pentium IV Northwood extreme 3.8Ghz, 3Ghz RAM, eVGA 7900 GTO, 12 GoFlight modules plus MCP-PRO AP and EFIS, GF pedestal, CH rudder pedals, CH throttle quadrant, 42" LG LED, 24" DELL LCD, Windows XP, FS2004, FSUIPC 3.96 FS Autostart 1.1 (Build 11), FS Navigator 4.6, UT, FE, GE, REX, PMDG, Level-D, PSS, etc.
November 20, 200421 yr Go in your overhead panel, and make sure that GEN 1 and 2 are on, if they're off, there'll be lot of lights near them, make sure the lights are off by turning them on, should fix the problem.
