I'm at a loss here-- my MS FS 2002 doesn't play the sounds of my planes and the cockpit view is no longer there. What the heck happened to it? I checked that the sound was turned on and my volume up. Any help would be appreciated.

Sound:Does your computer play *.wav sounds outside of FS2002? Try using Windows Media Player or another program that plays *.wav files.Did you set the sound OFF, try hitting "Q" with FS2002 running and see if you have sounds.If you are not receiving ATC Voices, you may need to install the proper codecs.Panel:Did you save a flight without the cockpit panel at any time? If so, select Views from the menu, select Instrument Panel, click Global On. This should cause the Main Panel to become visible.
