I know at first this may not seem to pertain to PMDG being here in their forum, but actually this WILL pertain as this request is specifically for their upcoming 747 . . . . I need to know if anyone knows where to find the artwork that was used to create Air New Zealand's LOTR schemes for the sides of their aircraft. I need the original artwork -- photos of the AC will not cut it because when I go to repaint the 747 I'll never get it to look right with the photos that I have. With photos the windows, wings, etc. all get in the way.As soon as I can find this work i will also be doing the PSS A320. Someone else already did the LDS 767, so i figured I would rise to the challenge of being the painter of the PMDG Queen when she comes out to play (well, when the paint kit comes at least).ANY leads would be GREATLY appreciated and would be a great help. Many thanks.Chris

Don't quote me on this, but I'd be willing to wager that Air NZ did that themselves, and that you couldn't get it.

Have you tried the LDS forum, maybe you could track down the original painter, IIRC I think it was John Tavendale (you can also find him here). Also there was an excellent version of that paint done on the POSKY 744 might be worth asking there too.TBH it wouldn't surprise me if John does the paint before the 747 paint kit goes on general release.Well they are the only leads I can offer. Good luck tracking it down!

KK.Well thanks for the info. I really appreciate it.Chris
