Yes, it is. Just select the new procedures and/or rwy, activate and exec the changes. Remember to check and eventually edit your route if necessary. You will most likely also have to close any "route discontinuity" to verify the changes.Also be aware that the FMC will calculate a new TOD point based on the new procedure and eventually any new wind info. If you are close to dest, and get a steep descend you may need to change to LVL CHG for a while to catch up with the new descend profile.
