I sent 3 e-mails to PMDG at the following adress([email protected]) with all the needed informations like Name / E-mail address / Order ID # / Approximate Date of Purchase / Product.I did not received any answer.What can I do now?Is there anybody from PMDG that could help me?Emmanuel

Did you receive an automated response? If you didn't receive one of those, your email didn't get through and you need to use another email address.

Try Yahoo mail or one of those free mail servers.Should work.
