Reference to the PMDG_A10.zip from Richard Stefan on the Navdata Site. I have downloaded it but there are no directions as to where you place the zip, can someone please direct me to the correct place please.

I guess you mean the All-in-one file with the SID/STAR/IAP procedures. Unzip the content to your (FS9)/PMDG/SIDSTARS folder, and let them eventually overwrite what's already in there.
