acceleration altitude question

Recommended Posts

Guest stevesj

Hi GuysSorry in advance if I am missing something blindingly obvoius here!In the B737 how do I change the acceleration altitude ?And one other thing (not so obvious perhaps). Is the takeoff trim setting not properly enabled in ms flightsim, meaning that add on aircraft cannot make full use of this. If this is the case this will be the case with the new B747 ?CheersSteve

You change acceleration altitude on page 2 of the takeoff page in the FMC...I think :)

No problem. With regards to your other question...I'm not sure what is and isn't possible within the framework of fs9. I do know, however, that the LDS767 models %MAC/CG and trim based on loadout. If you load more cargo in the forward hold vs. the aft hold, your CG and Trim settings will change accordingly.I really think that different load configurations would have a huge impact in a 747. I hope PMDG is able to model it...this is one of those items that I really hope to see. Additionally, I hope they are able to correctly model engine startup EGT.Take care,
